April 15th…brings to mind visions of scrambling to file tax returns for many, and visions of dodging them in the Cayman Islands for the few.  For the Cicadas, it will, this year, bring to mind scrambling down various eastern interstates.  We are announcing 7 shows running from April 8th to April 15th as follows:

April 8th – Columbus Theater, Providence RI w/ Advance Base and Karima Walker

April 10th – Atwood’s Tavern, Cambridge MA w/ Advance Base, Karima Walker, and Hello Shark

April 11th – PhilaMOCA, Philadelphia PA w/ Advance Base and Karima Walker

April 12th – Apohadion Theater, Portland ME w/ Evil English

April 13th – Union Hall, Brooklyn NY w/ Evil English

April 14th – Mr. Roboto Project, Pittsburgh PA w/ Advance Base and Karima Walker

April 15th – Pinhook, Durham NC, w/ Evil English and Flash Car

The first song from our new record will be out streaming online somewhere in the electronic universe shortly before these dates.

We hope to see you soon, even if it means you have to file for an extension.  Don’t expect a cover of The Beatles’ slag on progressive taxation.
