This is such a beautiful picture it makes me a bit misty eyed…  Refrigerator will be playing an event at the library where their lead singer Allen Callaci works in Rancho Cucamonga CA on the 1st of March at approximately 6:40 pm.  This a rare chance to see these wonderful musicians live, even if it’s a short 3 song set.  I’m so grateful that Allen’s heart transplant surgery of last year was brought off so well, and I’m so proud of his recovery.  I got to see him in California last spring and it was a highlight of my year.  

Another friend of mine, Simon Joyner, recently called my attention to a friend of his named Ralph Remmert who is raising money to help cover expenses for a lung transplant operation.  They are looking to have lots of folks help out with modest donations to make their goal.  Any friend of Simon is a friend of mine, and I know how much it meant to me and everyone else who loves Allen that his transplant went through, so I pitched in.  So please consider making a donation to another recovery in process at the following link:
